  I used to do night dispatch for this company. My personal experience was horrible. The staff is disrespectful not only to the drivers but to each other, The drivers are treated poorly. You will definitely be putting your CDL at risk working for this company. I can understand if you're in a desperate situation and need employment badly, but trust me, there are a lot of other better trucking companies to work for that will treat you a lot better than these people. And to the drivers giving this company five starts, I remember most of you guys. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for giving them credit when they deserve none. I know for a fact that Kosta and Toni remember me because I worked for them for damn near 3 years and remember every disrespectful encounter I've had with the both of them. If you plan on becoming a transportation dispatcher and have no experience, try somewhere else. There are other companies that will happily train you properly and have a lot more patience. Its been a few years since I've worked for them but for some reason this morning, I felt compelled to share my experience with them and it was not good.
